3 Piece Panel (updated 2.22.10)

For a while I've wanted to do a 3-piece called "The Incident" (Yes, it was a real incident. No, I'm not going into more detail.) I did the first two sketches and started painting the first. Here they are-up when finished as well.

#1: "Trust"

#2: "Betrayal"
Painting of "Trust":

Pencil and Acrylic. Inscription reads:
"The nicest man I ever met/ was more malicious than malcontent"
from the song 'Capital M-E' by Taking Back Sunday

Painting of 'Betrayal'

Pencil and Acrylic. Inscription reads:
"So give me reason/ to prove me wrong/ to wash this memory clean/ let the floods cross/ the distance in your eyes/ across this new divide"
from 'New Divide' by Linkin Park (the video's pretty cool, by the way)

Janeway (<3)

More caricature than portrait. She's awesome. #2 pencil.

Girl

Practice for painting detailed human form. Acrylic.

Tunnel

Acrylic.

YWW1 logo

For Girl's Camp this year. Acrylic.

Hands

Prismacolor pencil. Each intersection had it's own color (i.e. 1,2, 4 was light blue)

"Emy"

Prismacolor pencil.
